An intimate couples retreat for those ready to go deeper — together
Reserve Your SpotWe designed this retreat for couples who are already good — and want to become extraordinary. Who want to do the real work side by side, in a setting so beautiful it strips away every excuse not to feel.
Nestled on 60 acres of riverfront wilderness at Maple Grove Hot Springs in Southern Idaho, this weekend holds you completely. Expert-led sessions. Healing water. Gourmet food. Space to breathe and break open and come back together.
Every detail is prepared. You just arrive.
Guided psychedelic sessions designed to create new neural pathways and dissolve old patterns. Administered and monitored by a psychiatric nurse practitioner in a safe, supported environment.
Private time with Bernice to work through what's under the surface. Conflict tools. Communication depth. The conversations you've been circling but haven't found the words for yet.
Shared sessions with the other couples. Witnessing and being witnessed. Insights that only emerge when you're in a room of people willing to be honest about the same things you are.
Energy healing to restore balance and clear what the body holds that the mind hasn't processed yet. A powerful complement to the deeper therapeutic work of the weekend.
Intentional bodywork woven into the weekend rhythm — not a luxury add-on, but part of the healing container. Your body needs to land somewhere too.
All meals prepared by Maple Grove from fresh, local ingredients. Unlimited access to six natural mineral pools, riverfront, sauna, trails, and paddleboards. The land does its own work on you.
This retreat isn't for couples in crisis. It's for couples who love each other and know there's more. More honesty. More intimacy. More of each other.
It's for the two people who have built a life together and want to make sure they're still building it toward each other — not just side by side.
It's for the couple who wants one weekend to change the next decade.
We keep this to 4–6 couples — close enough that you'll actually know each other by Sunday. Big enough that something surprising happens when you're in the room together.
The weekend flows between group sessions, private couple time with Bernice, and unstructured hours at the springs. Nothing is rushed. Everything is intentional.
You arrive Friday evening. You leave Sunday with something you can't unfeel.
60 riverfront acres in Southern Idaho's Caribou-Targhee National Forest. Six natural mineral hot spring pools. Handcrafted yurts and stone shelters. A wood-burning Nordic sauna. Trails, paddleboards, and the kind of quiet that only exists three miles down a dirt road.
2 hours from Salt Lake City. A world away from your regular life.
RN, CSW · Humanistic Psychologist · Integrative Medicine Practitioner
Nurse Manager, Labor & Delivery — University of Utah Hospital
Bernice has spent 28 years walking alongside people at the most pivotal moments of their lives — in labor and delivery rooms, in emergency settings, and now in the therapy room. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Aspen University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Utah (2020).
She built her practice on a simple belief: to live a whole and happy life, you must address all of it — the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Her approach weaves mindfulness, somatic tools, and integrative medicine into sessions that meet people exactly where they are.
"I believe that you have everything within you to heal. Many times we get stuck and forget the beauty and strength we carry. My job is to walk alongside you and help you find your way back."
"We designed this to be the weekend that changes everything. Not because something dramatic happens — because something real does."
